WHAT IS Psychic Breath™

Conscious Breath Work for Trauma Healing 

Psychic Breath™ is a unique breath work experience created by Patricia after years of working with many different breath techniques for trauma healing and nervous system regulation.

The intention in Psychic Breath™ is to connect the body, mind, and hands. Your hands are your most powerful tool in assisting the breath. Patricia will guide you into deeper understanding of this effective combination as there is a major goal in empowering you to learn how great YOUR own medicine is.

This breath work ceremony will take you deep into the lower three Chakras (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus) to tap into suppressed trauma that might be causing deep blockages energetically, emotionally, and physically. This experience is an offering of connecting with your body, your subconscious mind, and your heart in a way that might be very new for you.

You will be safely held, supported, and guided in this 1:1 experience. Patricia will create an experience focused around your healing journey after getting to know you on a discovery consultation.


what is somatic work?

SOMA - The WHOLE Body

Somatic Therapies assist in releasing trapped emotions that have been stored in the body. These emotions can be stored due to stressful and/or traumatic experiences. The body will hold onto the emotions from each experience until you intentionally show up to release them. These stored emotions can come from personal experiences, they can be passed down to you through generational trauma, and they can even store in the body just by being exposed to someone else’s trauma. The emotions can date back to before you were even born. When stored so deeply, they can manifest into autoimmune disease, chronic illness, and cancer.

To release stored emotions, it takes more than talk therapy. You must find a way into those spaces in the body to release them. The two main ways I work with releasing these emotions through Somatic Therapy are Breath Work and Energy Work.

Somatic work is an opportunity to release the emotions attached to the traumas without having to relive the trauma, and most importantly giving yourself permission to not carry them anymore.
