WHAT IS A PRIVATE RETREAT EXPERIENCE?

• This 3-8 Day Healing and Awakening Retreat Experience (inclusive of Preparation & Integration Consultations) is an intimate and intensive healing experience between the two of us. This is an opportunity to dive into emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual cleansing and healing. This experience is curated with strategy, structure, and intuitive in what will support you best.

• While there may be a focus in one area, the mind/body/spirit is treated as a WHOLE during our time together, so you will experience shifting and transformation in more ways than one. After deep healing experiences, we will discuss your journey and how to understand what you experienced as well as what tools and modalities you can work with at home for integration.

• A Private Retreat Experience is amazing for those who prefer deep 1:1 work with someone they trust. This is a beautiful opportunity to fully surrender to the unknown as you learn how to explore what has been holding you back / creating the emotional and/or physical pain. Private Retreats offer an intensive focus on months worth of work in a short period of time.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE RETREAT FOR A GROUP?

• YES! The difference in booking a Private Retreat Experience for yourself and a group is that we will take into account who is coming and discuss cost & intention per person. There isn’t the same type of 1:1 work during a group experience, but it can be really powerful to plan a retreat experience with certain people in your life VS attempting to join a community retreat alone. This decision truly is all in how you want your experience to be. Planning a Private Retreat Experience would be planning a healing experience with friends, family, and or your partner/spouse. If there are 3-10 people, I will hire a co-facilitator for any medicine ceremony to ensure integrity in safety for the experience.

• I moved from Michigan to Sedona in 2021 to connect with nature more deeply and to allow the connection with the plant, animal, and elemental worlds to bring out my innate wisdom and medicine more deeply. My deep purpose, passion, and goals in working with you and your healing journey is to show you the same….to bring out the innate healer, medicine woman, guide, and teacher within yourself so that you can go home a more empowered, enlightened, conscious, present, and healthier you. Sedona offers a unique state of peace and presence as soon as you enter the town that will just blow you away. The beauty alone will start your journey in a deep state of gratitude and presence.

INVESTMENT

* The below shows the services available. All of this work includes and is not limited to shadow work, inner child work, feminine/masculine and energy center clearing. Investment ranges $4444-$6888 depending on what we will be doing together. This is a trauma informed space meaning all that you experience will be fully supported with integrative tools for your safety and expansion. There will always be supportive conversation during and/or after each experience to understand how your body is communicating with your for next steps in your healing and awakening journey.

You are responsible for your travel and accommodations. Patricia will provide a few Air b n b options for you to book where all of the work will be done.

• Two 60-90 Minute Consultation calls will be scheduled once you book your experience (pre retreat for preparation, post retreat for integration)

• The schedule has space to shift a bit depending on your needs. Everything will be discussed prior to your arrival.

• You are responsible for your food. Patricia will provide post Kambo Ceremony snacks, herbal tea and water during your stay.

• You will need to rent a car as there are no car services in Sedona.

NEXT STEPS / PAYMENT PLAN / TRAVEL / LOGISTICS

• Please submit your application. Once your application is received, Patricia will reach out to set up a call to go solidify a schedule and personalized payment plan. A contract and deposit invoice will be sent after this call to finalize your registration.

• TRAVEL: The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a two hour drive to Sedona. It is important to rent a car for your time in Sedona as there are no Uber/Lyft services.

• PRIVATE GROUP RETREATS: The investment will look a bit different as this experience will be curated for all involved.

RECCOMMENDATIONS:

• If you can, it is always nice to come a day early or stay an extra day to prepare, absorb, and integrate your experience here in Sedona. Sedona is BIG ENERGY and offers so much beauty in just being outside along with unique shops to visit. If you would like to extend your stay outside of our retreat time, you can always rent the Air b n b longer at your own expense or there are plenty of hotels / rooms to rent.

• Patricia will offer a list of grocery, restaurant, and shopping references upon your arrival.
